Cassidy F. Blair is the principal of Blair & Associates with offices located in Beverly Hills and Pasadena, California. Dr. Blair’s professional experience, training and background have concentrated on psychological assessment, coordination and implementation of clinical programs. She has provided direct services to male and female adults, adolescents, children and their families. She has also conducted psychological testing, assessment, and treatment in private practice and psychiatric hospital/residential treatment center settings including the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and various Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health facilities.

Dr. Blair's treatment modalities include a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Industrial/Organizational, Interpersonal and Humanistic theories. She has presented training classes and workshops on a variety of topics, including “Chemical Dependency and Substance Abuse,” “Violence in the Work Place,” “Stress Management,” and “New Employee Orientation” for the UCLA staff and faculty EAP, University of Southern California (USC), and “Training on Dealing with Inmate Mental Health Disorders” for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies.

In private practice, Dr. Blair provides in-patient and out-patient counseling and psychology-related services coupled with professional assessment and consultation for a variety of organizations. Dr. Blair is currently credentialed to admit patients at various psychiatric hospitals throughout Los Angeles County.
